In 2022, I first went to Goodwood Festival of Speed which had been a dream of mine ever since I heard about it as a child. Of course I took my camera, but that year only to do photography (click the button at the bottom of the page to see these). It was the best automotive event I had every been to as it had everything, so decided there and then I would be back the following year.
In 2023, I went with my Dad for his 50th birthday as he had never been to Goodwood before. Obviously this time I had to film it, so I built a video rig (below) that was setup for this. I had a Sony FS5 Mk2 with a Canon 70-200 F4 on a shoulder rig, an Atomos Shogun monitor; all being powered from a V-lock. With a Rode Videomic Go recording onto a Zoom H1n for slightly better scratch audio. The results are below and both Dad and I loved every second of that event.
